Guidelines and terms for multimedia asset submission | The Viral Himachal

 Recently we have launched our own YouTube channel with the aim to produce quality videos with quality original content and topics.

This document will give you all the details regarding content submission.

Synopsis: We decide the content on what the video will be made. We will produce the video and fill it with the content and if we lack the content then we might ask our followers to send us the video clips of certain length regarding that content.

Guidelines:

• Video/Graphic (Photo) must be your own content.
• It must not be uploaded anywhere before.
• It must be recorded/captured in the landscape mode and must have a good quality and resolution.
  
• It must be taken from a good angle.
• Quality needs to be good.
• No extra filters on the content required
• No music in the background
•  Email must contain your name, the location of the content you are sending and your UPI number/account number
  
• You send us the video or photo on our our email address i.e. theviralhimachal@gmail.com
  

Benefits:

• We will pay you on the basis of the usage of the content.
• Rs 0.50 for every second recorded if the content is a video
• Rs 30 for every picture we use in our content.

Note: 

The amount mentioned above will be paid only if we use your content. The payment will be made one time only in the method you choose. 

No video will be uploaded on any of our platform until the payment is done for the content used by us.

Warning: 

 If any of the content sent to us by the user gets copyright claim then we will take legal action against the person.
